Poor Stephen Twigg. It seems Labour's new shadow education secretary has been nobbled by Ed Miliband and Ed Balls. After initially expressing his qualified support for Free Schools, he spent last weekend doing the rounds of the television studios explaining that, actually, he's been opposed to them all along.
