Should Alan Hansen apologise for using the word "coloured" on Match of the Day?

Alan Hansen, the overpaid football pundit, just dropped a clanger on Match of the Day. In fact, make that two clangers. Gary Lineker asked him whether he thought racism was rife in English football, following yesterday's announcement that John Terry is going to be charged with using racist language.
